Parcel arrived well packaged and really quickly I had tried to purchase small wick in various shops that sell the lamps but no-one seemed to have any small wicks, so really pleased to receive my order

My previous wick was in regular use for three years and I didn't connect the fact that my lamp wasn't working properly with the need for a replacement! A quick email to A&B put me straight. My order was here within in a couple of days. Great service all round.

I also ordered 2 wicks as part of an order. The packaging was supurb as was the delivery. One of the wicks appears to have a little damage but haven't tried it yet. I still love Ashleigh & Burwood

Worth the wait for the replacement wick. It's just great to have our fragrance lamp working again. We'd tried all the tricks of getting the old one working again to no avail.
