Delivery (Shipping & Handling) 

There is no minimum order.

Delivery (Shipping & Handling) charges are as follows:

Mainland UK Delivery £4.99 - Free delivery on orders over £20

Highlands & Northern Ireland Delivery £14.99 - Free delivery on orders over £60

UK Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) Delivery £19.99 - Free delivery on orders over £80

European Community Delivery £30 - Free delivery on orders over £100

USA & Rest of the World - Please DO NOT place orders through our website. We cannot ship to the USA or Rest of the World due to extreme shipping costs and in some cases anti-dumping legislation. If you do place an order it will be cancelled and your money refunded. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Goods are normally despatched within 24 business hours. You should receive your order 5 – 7 business days from ordering. If you are not in when your parcels are delivered, you will be left a card, with instructions on getting your order re-delivered.

Delivery is via courier or occasionally Royal Mail and orders are normally received by you 5 – 7 business days from ordering. Should your order not arrive within 7 working days of ordering, please contact Ashleigh & Burwood Ltd by email or telephone to highlight the issue.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
