Returns & Exchange Procedure

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number will be sufficient).

Step 1 - Initial Contact

If you would like to return or exchange the whole or part of your purchase please get in touch with us via one of the methods listed on our contact us page.

Step 2 - Confirmation

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect the goods and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Step 3 - Action

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Returns Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and for returning the goods to us. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
