Loyalty Rewards Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Ashleigh & Burwood loyalty rewards program (''The Scent Seekers Collective''), operated by Ashleigh & Burwood using the Smile.io platform. By creating a rewards account and participating in The Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Membership & Eligibility

  • Eligibility: The Program is open to all Ashleigh & Burwood customers with an active online account on our website.

  • Enrolment: To join The Program, you must create an account on the Ashleigh & Burwood website. Creating an account automatically enrols you in The Program.

  • Single Account: Each customer is permitted to have only one loyalty rewards account. Ashleigh & Burwood reserves the right to merge or terminate multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.

  • Termination of Membership: Ashleigh & Burwood reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to your points if we believe you are in breach of these terms, or if your account is being used fraudulently or in a manner inconsistent with these terms.

2. Earning Points

  • Earning Rate: Points are earned for qualifying purchases made on the Ashleigh & Burwood website. The current earning rate is displayed on the loyalty program page. This rate may be subject to change at our discretion.

  • Qualifying Purchases: Points are earned on the subtotal of your order, excluding shipping costs, taxes, and the value of any gift cards or store credit used.

  • Non-Purchase Actions: You may also earn points for other actions, such as creating an account, following us on social media, or celebrating your birthday. The number of points awarded for these actions is specified on the loyalty program page and may be updated.

  • Returns and Refunds: If you return a product for a refund, the points earned on that purchase will be deducted from your account.

3. Redeeming Rewards

  • Redemption: Points can be redeemed for rewards, such as discounts on future purchases or on free products specified. The value of points and the rewards available are listed on our loyalty program page and may be changed at any time.

  • Exclusions: Loyalty rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or offers unless explicitly stated.

  • Minimum Spend: Some rewards may require a minimum spend to be redeemed. This will be clearly stated at the time of redemption.

  • Non-Cash Value: Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. General Conditions

  • Changes to The Program: Ashleigh & Burwood reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate The Program or any part of it at any time, including the points earning and redemption rates, without prior notice.

  • Programme Termination: In the event that The Program is terminated, Ashleigh & Burwood may provide a grace period for members to redeem their accumulated points.

  • Data Protection: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By joining The Program, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purpose of administering The Program.

  • Disputes: Any disputes related to The Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Ashleigh & Burwood. All decisions are final.
